Service

EMC Golf Cars and Scooter Support

All new EMC products are supported by 12 months full parts and labour warranty with the facility to extend to 3 years.

When EMC vehicles are sold into an area where there is no existing EMC Dealer or Service Agent, an agent is appointed to service the new area. Service Agents are appointed in consultation with the new customer and are usually an Auto Electrician or other established local service business with the qualifications, equipment and ability to offer both service and warranty support.

All EMC vehicles are fitted with a onboard Curtis programmable electronics controllers. These controllers are the same brand as you would find on other quality Golf carts and Electric Vehicles including Yamaha, Club Car and EZ GO. In the unlikely event of a warranty or service problem, your service agent or dealer can use a special hand held electronic tool known as a “Programmer” to download from the vehicle fault history log and diagnostic information.

HIGHLAND GOLF CARS stock a full and comprehensive range of accessories, parts, wheels, tyres, batteries and battery chargers (including the latest small, light weight and highly efficient 'switch mode' battery charger) for all EMC Electric Vehicles so in the unlikely event that a spare part is required — we've got it covered!

Club Car Service

Highland Golf Cars has access to the Club Car nationwide network of Warranty Service Centres and Service Agents for all Golf Car, Resort Vehicles and Utility Vehicles.
